- We generally photograph every skater, you normally do not have to request for your skater to be photographed. There is no charge for this. Sometimes Stroking Events may not be photographed, but generally they will be.
- Within 15-30 minutes after the last skater in a group finishes, images will be available to view and purchase on the rink premises at our multiple self-serve computer viewing stations. Not until the entire group skates.
- Images may be printed and delivered on-site at some events. If so then it is highly recommended to view and purchase on-site.
- Images will usually also be posted on our host website for 60 days for viewing and purchase. This is very convenient if you are unable to see the images while at the event. Images are not always posted.
--- It will take 7-10 days after the event to post the images to the web, so, again it is highly advised to view them at the event. It takes a long time to prepare 15-40 thousand images, depending on the event size.
- Images will be uploaded to the web as they were photographed. Do not be concerned if the skater appears small in the image on the web as they will appear much larger in the image when cropped for prints.
- Other products may be available on the website that are not offered at the event itself.
- In order to process your order accurately, we MUST have the following information:
- Event Day (Th, Fr, Sat, Sun, etc.)
- Event Time (USFSA) or Event Number (ISI) (listed in program/schedule given to skaters)
- Rink Number (for that time/event # - if two or more rinks are being used)
- Image Number (the last three digits - found directly beneath the photo)
We can not look in a program to find your child. The skaters name will not help us. That is not how we archive the photos. We store them based on day/time or event #/rink/image number. That is the only way to find them.
